Mussoorie (Queen of the hill)
Mussoorie Hill Station, often known as the Queen of the Hills, is a well-known hill station in India. In 1827, Captain Frederick Young and a British officer, FJ Shore, ascended the hill from the Doon valley and discovered this ridge with beautiful views and a nice environment. The journey of Mussoorie Tourism Uttarakhand laid the foundation for the development of this wonderful highland village.
Views of Doon Valley, the surrounding hills, and greenery can be observed from anywhere in Mussoorie at an elevation of over 6150 feet. The mists that hung over Doon Valley and the pine forests started the spell that was cast on this highland resort.
